What is PayPlus+?

PayPlus+ is a full-stack payments gateway and platform that makes it easy to accept digital payments offline, in your app, or website.   We handle millions of euros every year for forward-thinking businesses around the world. Whether you’re creating a subscription service, an on-demand marketplace, an e-commerce store, or a crowdfunding platform, PayPlus tools and APIs will help you create the best possible payment experience for you and your users.

All kinds of organizations use PayPlus+ to accept digital payments. From freelancers, startups in garages, to not-for-profits, to some of the largest online retailers, we have more experience working with new business models than any other payments provider. However, due to legal and regulatory compliance reasons, we are unable to work with some business types.

Where in the world is PayPlus+ available?

PayPlus+ is available for merchants in the {countries} but no matter where on the planet your buyers are, we’ve got you covered. From multi-currency presentment to settlement to everything in between, we can help you grow and eventually go global if that’s the right path for you.

What kinds of payments can I accept with PayPlus+?

For now, merchants can accept cards on the Visa and Mastercard networks as long as the cards are enabled for online use. Our roadmap includes PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, American Express and UnionPay to be added soon.

How long will it take to get a PayPlus+ account?

Some merchants can start using PayPlus+ immediately after filling out our signup form; however, full functionalities will be unlocked after the verification process, which can take from 1-3 business days.

How soon will I get my money after the transaction is processed?

Do you offer data portability?

Yes. Your data belongs to you. We’re confident you’ll love the service you get from PayPlus+, but if you ever need to leave, you can easily take all of your customer data with you by downloading them from the profile section.

Can PayPlus+ help protect against frauds?

Yes. PayPlus+ includes sophisticated fraud protection for merchants of every size, at no additional cost.

Change an existing PayPlus+ password

If you know your PayPlus+ password but want to change it, you can do so in the Profile section of the dashboard by clicking Change Password.

Reset a forgotten PayPlus+ password

Click “Forgot your password?” on the PayPlus+ login screen

Change the email address associated with your account

Please, follow these steps:

  1. Log into the PayPlus+ account
  2. Once you are in the dashboard, click the Contacts tab.
  3. Enter the new email address in the Email field and click Save.
  4. Check the new email address for a confirmation email, and click the link in the email to confirm the change.
  5. Use the new email address to log in going forward.

Update your business address

You can update your business address in your Dashboard under Personal Details Settings.

Requirements to open a PayPlus+ account

Close a PayPlus+ account

To close an account with PayPlus+, the owner of the account can go to the “Personal Details” tab in the dashboard, scroll till the end of the page, then click on “Delete Account”.

The only way to close a PayPlus+ account is from the PayPlus+ dashboard as outlined above.
Once a PayPlus+ account is closed, it cannot be undone. We recommend exporting the data in the account to a CSV file before closing it.
